2019: I’m the Best Presidential Candidate – Y Y Sani

The presidential candidate of Action Democratic Party, ADP Engr. Yabagi Yusuf Sani has said he is the candidate to beat

in February 16, 2019 presidential election considering his educational qualification, experience and exposure.

He made this assertion while addressing party leaders, candidates and supporters at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
Engr. Sani said he believes the youth of this country who constitute 51 per cent of the voting population as released by INEC are not sleeping and they don’t want to live in the past because “when you have a president who is pushing 80, a leader that is sick, that cannot organise his own house, that does not have his party intact, that does not connect with Nigerians, that cannot solve our basic, fundamental problems, of course you look for somebody who can do it for us. If we don’t do that, it’s an accident waiting to happen. The youth should not allow that accident to happen to this country”.

He said ‘a situation where you cannot sleep with your two eyes closed, where a greater population is not guaranteed where the next meal comes from, where we don’t love each other, somebody from the North looks at somebody from the south as enemy, your leader doesn’t know what is happening security wise, without a coordinating point in government shows a country in crisis”, adding that “this country deserves better”.

According to him, his coming as a presidential candidate is an answer to a clarion call, saying “we can’t afford this waste of resources”.
The ADP presidential candidate said all the sentiments for president in 2019 favour him being from the North, a Muslim and the best based merit too.
He told his supporters not be discouraged because ” power belongs to God, he gives it to whoever he wants at any time”, adding that the journey embarked upon will take them to Aso Rock. “We are going to take the mantle of leadeship come February 16, 2019. It is a promise of God because he does not want his people to suffer”.

Engr Sani said his vast experience in the oil/gas industry which accounts for about 80 percent of national revenue will be of immense benefit to the country.
