Governor Timipre Silva of Bayelsa State has successfully got judgment restraining the Peoples Democratic Party from conducting the primaries that would produce the next guber flagbearer.
An Abuja court ruled that the PDP governorship primaries slated for next week must not hold without including Silva’s name.
The judgment also restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to disallow any list of candidates from Bayelsa, emanating from PDP.
