The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the date for the next Presidential election.
According to the Commission’s Chairman Professor Mahmoud Yakub the election is to hold on February 18,2023.
Professor Mahmoud Yakub disclosed this to members of the House of Representatives in his Goodwill message at the inauguration of the special ad hoc committee on the review of the 1999 constitution.
