Support for Ebira Women & Girl Child Initiatives, (SEWGCI) a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) has commended ZUMUNTA Association, a US based organisation, for its Palliative Support Project worth N500 thousand For The Less Privileged in the country.
Mrs Hajia Aminat Daniya Hamza, the President of SEWGCI, who made this known in a press statement in Abuja on Thursday, said the donation would go a long way to alleviate the sufferings of the less privileged in the society.
Hajia Aminat said Zumunta Palliative Project in partnership with local NGOs in Nigeria has provided humantarian support to internally displaced people in the society and SEWGCI was lucky to be selected as one of their beneficiaries.
“On this note, we wish to register our sincere gratitude to ZUMUNTA USA & all her associates for this humanitarian gesture towards the less privileged in our society.
“Support for Ebira Woman & Girl Child Initiative will continue her selfless services to the society with special attention to the Girl Child Education, and this support will go a long way to help the beneficiaries back on their toes.
