The Vice Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Gwagwalada Branch, FCT, Ebosetale David Aigbefoh, Esq. has been crowned Chief in his host community Tunga-Maje in FCT, with the title: Idon Gari, meaning ,THE EYE OF THE TOWN, along side Professor Sunday M. Ichado Title: Womil Ilimi, meaning, Minister of Education.
Aigbefoh who recently picked a nomination form to contest for the position of the Chairmanship position in the association has contributed meaningfuly in the area of security and development of the community.
The event took place at the Palace, where the village head of Tunga-Maje (Dakacin) found about 44 sons of the community, ranging from indegines and non indegines worthy to serve in his cabinet for the development of the area.
The Dakaci, in the Letter conveying the Palace’ message, informed the appointees of the Palace’ desire to work with them for the development of the community.
Aigbefoh while receiving the title thanked the palace and the entire Community for finding him worthy of title promised to use the position to help in the protection and development of the community.
He said meaningful development could only be achieved in an atmosphere of love, peace and unity, saying that a better future is possible for the community and the country at large.
However, Aigbefoh has contributed meaningfuly in the development of the community on security architecture, education, health, legal and infrastructural inputs.
Meanwhile, due to his developmental strides, recently he received International Merit Awards for his relentless support of “Child Education, Community Empowerment and Grassroots security for a safer Society in the country.
Among the appointees are the Vice Chairman of NBA Gwagwalada Branch, Ebosetale David Aigbefoh, Esq.; the chief pilot to the Executive Chairman of the Gwagwalada Area Council, Hon. Bala Wambai; Councilor of Tunga-Maje Ward, Hon. Salihu Adamu; the Deputy Clark, Gwagwalada Area Council, Hon.
Others are, Yakubu Abdullahi; Dean of Student Affairs, FCT College of Education, Zuba, Mr. Tanko Sadiq; Alhassan Adamu Makeri; Prof. Sunday Ichado Menyaga of the Institute of Education, University of Abuja; the Dacinan Zuba, Abdulrahaman Salihu and a host of others. (NAN)
