Likeminds All Stars Football Club in Kuje Area Council, FCT, were embarrassed by U.S.F All-stars with a 6-2 scoreline in their second match in the ongoing 2022 Veterans Football League competition at the Package B, M.K.O Stadium Abuja.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that Likeminds All-stars drew 2-2 with Alieta All-Stars in their first match of the Veterans competition after an early substitution that was not necessary.
Likeminds All-stars conceded 3 straight goals from USF All-stars at the first half from a line up that was not favourable to the team.
At the early stage of the second half, USF All-stars added another goal to make it 4-0, but few minutes after Likeminds got a goal back by Aliyu Abdullahi
to make it 4-1.
Shortly, USF All-Stars added another goal to make the score line 5-1 which killed the moral of Likeminds players and its supporters.
Likeminds also responded immediately with a goal from Orji Okam to take the score line to 5-2.
Few minutes to end of the game, USF All-stars added another goal to make the final score 6-2 which gave Likeminds the worst defeat in the competition. (NAN)
