Just In: LP Dissolves Rivers Exco Over Alleged ‘Anti-Party Activities’

Following alleged anti-party activities and corruption, Labour Party (LP) has dissolved the executive council of Rivers state chapter.

Making this disclosure, Kenneth Okonkwo, the spokesperson of the LP campaign, in a statement on Tuesday, said the Rivers excos have been dissolved with immediate effect by Julius Abure, LP national chairman.

The executive Council of the Party according to him is involved in anti-party activities and corruption in the management of the party’s funds.
