The high court sitting in Abuja on Thursday has ordered the DSS to either charge or release suspended Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele.
News Spec learnt that Justice Hamza Muazu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court gave a one-week ultimatum to the Department of State Services (DSS) to do the needful.
Emefiele’s counsel, Joseph Dawodu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has stated that they will be applying for bail and are optimistic that it will be granted.
