NANS Lauds Tinubu for appointing Lawrence as Mandate Secretary

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing Mr Bitrus Lawrence Garki as the Mandate Secretary FCT Area Council Service.

The Head of Government of the Association, Umar Faruk Lawal aka (Fakky) made the commendation in a press statement issued to press men in Abuja on Thursday.

Lawal said Mr. Garki’s track record and qualifications speak volumes of his competence and capability to discharge his duties according to the law and in the best interest of all.

According to him, the Association have every confidence that he will bring his expertise to bear in improving the delivery of essential services to the residents of the Federal Capital Territory.

The statement said that, “I am writing to express our heartfelt appreciation to you and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the recent appointment of Mr. Bitrus Lawrence Garki as Mandate Secretary of the FCT Area Council Service Secretariat in Abuja.

“We firmly believe that Mr. Garki’s appointment is not just a mere decision but rather the right peg in the right hole. It reflects your commitment to selecting individuals with the necessary qualifications, experience, and dedication to serve our great nation.

“We applaud your discerning judgment in recognizing Mr. Garki’s worthiness for this vital assignment.
Your continued dedication to promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability is commendable.

“We, as students and stakeholders in the Nigerian society, are committed to supporting your efforts to make our capital city even better.

“Once again, we thank you and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this exemplary decision, and we look forward to witnessing the positive impact of Mr. Bitrus Lawrence Garki’s tenure as Mandate Secretary.
