Two senators representing Anambra State, Mr. Andy Uba and Princess Stella Oduah have been sacked by Nigeria’s apex court.
Senator Andy Uba represents Anambra Southern Senatorial District while Princess Oduah represents Anambra North.
Andy Uba, a controversial politician and former Special Assistant to President Olusegun Obasanjo on Domestic Affairs in the past had the misfortune of suffering a gubernatorial electoral fiasco.
Oduah was Aviation Minister in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan until she was forced out of office because of suspected fraud in the acquisition of multi-million dollars bullet proof cars.
The supreme court in ordering the two senators out of office cited irregularities and massive fraud in the process that got them elected.
