A pressure group, Save Nigeria- Buhari Ambassadors, has offered to proffer a lasting solution to the crises in Niger Delta, if given the opportunity by the Federal Government.

While presenting a Blueprint for curbing Niger Delta Crises to the Honourable Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Usani Uguru Usani, in Abuja on Tuesday, the Save Nigeria-Buhari Ambassadors led by its national coordinator, Hon. “Save Nigeria-Buhari Ambassadors (SNBAs) seeks a creative and critical synergy with the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, towards creating a constituency of peace agents for Niger Delta,” the group stated

In his remarks, the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Usani Uguru Usani disclosed that the expectations of the people and all party men from this administration was high. He assured that the current hardship caused by the activities of oil and gas pipeline vandals in the country would not last.

“There is a rescue that has come to Nigeria, despite the hardship. In no distant time, everyone will appreciate why the foundation being laid by this administration is taking a longer time,” he stressed.

The Minister reiterated that the blueprint submitted by the Save Nigeria- Buhari Ambassadors would be looked into by the appropriate authorities, for possible collaboration with the Pressure Group, towards ending the crises in the oil rich Niger Delta region.

Usani enjoined all Nigerians to support the Federal Government in its bid to bring the country to a more appreciable economic success.

Highlights of the Blueprint submitted by the SNBAs to the Minister includes, the promotion of an attitudinal change in favour of a peaceful coexistence between the youth of various ethnic, political and religious groups; and encouraging the youth to see themselves as part of national development agenda, rather than taking to social vices.
