Hood FC of Abuja have emerged as the undisputed national champions of the 2026 5Stars Premier League after a commanding 4-1 victory over Lagos-based debutants Sir J FC.
The highly anticipated national finale, themed “The Reawakening 8,” reached its explosive climax on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Showtime Arena in Lekki, Lagos.
The victory sees Hood FC secure the ultimate championship trophy and a massive ₦4 million cash grand prize, keeping Abuja’s dominance alive since inception of the premium 7-a-side grassroots football league.
