The Senate resumes Tuesday but quickly adjourned to the next day over the loss of Hon. Temitope Olatoye Sugar from Oyo state.
Honourable Olatoye was killed in his state on March 9, 2019 on the day of Gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections. In line with Senate Order 43, Senate Leader Aimed Lawan moved for adjournment of all parliamentary proceedings in honour of the late Honourable member.
