Academy announces NUC’s partnership with Sunderland University on transactional education

The London Academy Business School has announced the groundbreaking first-ever maiden visit of the National University Commission (NUC) to the University of Sunderland in the UK.
This is part of the final steps of the Transnational Education Accreditation (TNE) process of the two organisations.
The Dean and Chief Executive Officer London Academy Business School, Dr Larry Jones-Esan, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Sunday.
Jones-Esan reiterated the school’s unwavering commitment to providing quality education with an affordable pricing policy.
He, therefore, awaited the final documents and response to the visit to the University of Sunderland and London Academy Business School, for further scrutiny,
He said the visit marked a significant moment in reshaping the educational landscape, emphasising the importance of quality education and fair pricing in transnational partnerships.
He expressed gratitude to the NUC for their guidance and feedback throughout the accreditation process while looking forward to the positive impact of the collaboration on the educational community.
Jones-Esan also quoted the Acting Executive Secretary of NUC, Chris Maiyaki to have emphasised the NUC’s commitment to achieving parity in the relationship between institutions.
Maiyaki highlighted the importance of ensuring that the quality of curriculum delivery was consistent across all educational partners, and that pricing models were fair and comparable to both private and public universities.
He said the University of Sunderland demonstrated meticulous preparation for the visit, showcasing its dedication to meeting the standards set forth by the NUC.
