Brazil Crash out of the women’s world cup

Former champions , Brazil have crashed out of the 2023 women football world cup for the first time in their history.

The samba girls crashed out after a goalless draw with opponents, Jamaica on Wednesday.

Brazil needed a win to pick up the second spot after France qualified as the table toppers but unfortunately, couldn’t defeat the raggae girls of Jamaica.

The reggae girls have broken their record of qualifying for the round of 16 for the first time in their history. The draw means they will now take the second spot leaving the Brazilians third on the group.

For Brazil, this is the first time they have failed to score in a group game and is the first time they crash out in a group stage of a world cup tournament.

Panama crashed out also as the last one the group after failing to win a single game in the competition.

Brazilian legend , Martha was in tears at full time after her team failed to clinch the spot and the match will be her last in the Brazilian jersey.
