The President who left the country Thursday January 19, 2017 on medical vacation in London could not return on an earlier scheduled date based on advise by his Medical team in London.
News of President Buhari’s return filled the air yesterday through a press statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina.
According to Adesina, the President expresses appreciation to Nigerians for their prayer.
“President expresses appreciation to teeming Nigerians from across the country and beyond who had prayed fervently for him and also sent their good wishes.” He concludes
Already, some members of his cabinet and party loyalist are on ground to receive him including Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari; Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammad Bello; National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno; Director-General of the Department of State Services, Lawal Daura; Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.
