A suit filed by the former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, to challenge the order obtained by the EFCC for final forfeiture of her seized assets was on Monday stalled at the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court.The matter, which was before Justice Inyang Ekwo, was fixed for further mention in the day’s cause list. However, the case could not proceed because the court did not sit. Justice Ekwo was said to be attending a seminar at the National Judicial Institute (NJI) in Abuja. The commissioner nominees include Israel Ngbuelu, Evans Bipi, Otamiri Ngubo and Benebo Anabraba. NAAT gives FG 21-day ultimatum over non- payments of 5- months withheld salaries

Lebanon: 500 Nigerians so far registered with mission..As arrangements in place to send C130 plane for evacuation

There are more than 2000 Nigerians in that country, according to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
