15 Vessels To Discharge Petrol, Household Goods In Lagos-NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority has said 15 vessels are currently discharging various products at Lagos ports. The NPA, in its “Daily Shipping Position” on Wednesday, said three of the vessels would discharge general cargoes, while two other vessels would discharge containers carrying different goods, fresh fish and bulk sugar each. It added that “the remaining five vessels will discharge ethanol, bulk gypsum, bulk clinker, feed corn and petrol. Six vessels are expected to berth at the Lagos ports with crude oil, petrol, containers and aviation fuel. The six expected vessels will berth at ENL Consortium Terminals, Apapa Bulk Terminal among other terminals in Lagos.” NPA said that three vessels were waiting to berth with bulk urea, container and aviation fuel.

Tinubu Appoints Oluyede As Acting Chief Of Army Staff

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has appointed Major General Olufemi Olatubosun Oluyede as the acting Chief of Army Staff (COAS). Police arraigns 31 year old in Gombe for killing his aunt

The Police in Gombe has arraigned a 31 year old man, Jonathan James, for stabbing to death, his aunt, Ramatu Musa, 65 years old.
