Karim Benzema has decided to leave Real Madrid after 14 years in the club. Official statement confirms club and player decision. Karim Benzema, has been invited to Saudi next week in order to prepare his move to Al Ittihad as new star of Arabian league. Players’ union supports temporary concussion substitutes trial

The current concussion protocol in football is not working, according to global players’ union FIFPRO, which supports calls for a trial on temporary concussion substitutes. The Premier League in England has also urged the law-making International Football Association Board (IFAB) to trial temporary substitutions to allow players with head injuries to be assessed. IFAB will instead continue with permanent substitutions which FIFA president Gianni Infantino has declared the “risk-free” approach.
