The Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development (CEPASD) is celebrating its five years of incorporation and operation, consistency and impact while speaking to news men in Abuja. The Executive director Mr. Igweshi Augustine explained that CEPASD was registered on 27th November 2018 with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
CEPASD takes a holistic approach in advancing youth development, peacebuilding, leadership and gender equity while leading advocacy efforts to address gender based-violence, fostering sustainable development and social justice as well as engaging stakeholders and communities towards achieving sustainable peace and development.
CEPASD have over the years leading advocacy efforts on youth development, peacebuilding, leadership, gender since its operation and CEPASD carried out various advocacy, stakeholders and community engagement reaching about 10,000 people across Nigeria and impact 5,000 both directly and indirectly
Through five years of unwavering commitment, consistency and resilience CEPASD have achieved a remarkable impact, fostering positive change in communities across the continent. From youth development, peacebuilding, gender equity and leadership to sustainable development projects, CEPASD efforts have touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark on society.
As CEPASD Marks 5th-anniversary Mr. Igweshi extends his heartfelt gratitude to the team, partners, members and supporters who have been instrumental in the success of CEPASD’s endeavors. It has been a momentous achievement and a collective triumph for peace and development in Africa.
