The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan on Thursday upheld the election of the State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
While responding the governor described his victory at the Court
of Appeal as victory of truth over falsehood.
He made this known in a release signed by his spokeman, Dr Festus Adedayo.
The governor, who said he dedicated the victory to God and the people of Oyo State who massively voted him into office, said that the judgment had further strengthened his belief in the judiciary as the last hope of the common man.
Governor Ajimobi, who hailed the judgment, said that it would further ginger him in his resolve at delivering excellent services, restoring the pace-setting status of the state and leaving it better than he met it.
