The embattled National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress has been ordered by an Abuja High Court to step aside pending the determination of a substantive suit seeking his perpetual removal from office.
While handing down the interim order Wednesday, Justice Danlami Senchi of the Federal High Court, Jabi, Abuja, stated that political parties must abide by the provisions of their constitutions and that since Oshiomhole had been suspended by his ward, he could not continue to parade himself as National Chairman.
