By Collins Yakubu-Hamnmer

A member, representing Afikpo North East Constituency in the Ebonyi House of Assembly, Rep. Oluchukwu Ezeali, has lauded an Abuja entrepreneur, Chief Christian Nwali’s humanitarian intervention among the less privileged.

Ezeali also known as P-Noble in a statement on Monday in Abuja, said Nwali’s investment in human capital and economic development of people had given him recognition among his people.

According to him, Nwali humanitarian interventions and philanthropic activities are so many; ranging from scholarships to establishment of businesses for people, securing jobs for people of Ebonyi, cash gifts among others.

He said Nwali had indeed proven himself as a great and successful man by living a simple life aimed at adding value to humanity, including residents of Ebonyi and other parts of the country.

He said that this had made him to be conferred with chieftaincy title of `Ide Jiulo 1 of Izzi Nnodo Kingdom’ by the entire Izzi Nnodo community in Ebonyi.

According to him, Nwali’s recognition by his people is as a result of his philanthropic activities and humanitarian interventions, including employment of over 500 Nigerians, scholarship programmes, and marriage sponsorship among others.

“I want to congratulate Nwali on his meritorious recognition and conferment of the latest Chieftaincy title of the Ide Jiulo 1 of Izzi Nnodo Kingdom by the entire Izzi Nnodo community.

“This is another evidence of the value he has been adding to humanity, especially with regards to human capital and economic development of people of Ebonyi in particular and Nigeria in general.

“Having previously been conferred with chieftaincy titles as Odozie Obodo 1 of Ameka Ikwo and Uzochukwu wara 1 of Ekpelu Kingdom in Ikwo LGA, the numerous recognitions are indeed testaments of his acceptance by his people,” he said.

According to him, Nwali has impacted so much on the Izzi Nnodo, Ikwo LGA and Ebonyi in general, through his philanthropic activities, employment opportunities for the youth and other humanitarian interventions.

“As the MD/CEO of C-Sagas Projects Nig. Ltd, he has contributed to the human capital development of people of the state through the construction of many beneficial projects.

“Nwali has also distributed brand new cars to over 100 youths, whom he deemed necessary to empower to enable them contribute their quotas to the development of Ebonyi and Nigeria in general.

“He has singlehandedly sponsored marriages and carried out several philanthropic activities during the yuletide,’’ Ezeali said.

The lawmaker said that with huge stake in the hospitality industry in Abakaliki, Enugu and Abuja, Nwali had always endeavoured to give hope to the less privileged in Nigeria.

“As we celebrate his meritorious recognition and conferment of chieftaincy title, I implore Nwali not to be distracted by detractors.

“He should continue doing the good work, but remain focus on adding more value to humanity’’. (NAN)
