Expert Explains Possible Reason for Shut-Out of Citizen from Electronic Judgement on Ondo Guber Election

A Nigeria pioneer system engineer, Mr Olusanya Awobodede has blamed the penchant of public officials for patronizing free internet applications for the limited number of persons allowed access to the live electronic ruling being delivered by the Ondo state electoral petition tribunal.

Mr Awobodede, a computer engineer with close to 30 years of experience told Sharpedgenews that paid subscription for a dedicated zoom facility would have given more access to interested citizens who were enthusiastic about the judgment that is still being delivered as at press time.

It was not certain if there was financial backup for the use of electronic platform on today’s ruling.

The host to the zoom platform has since provided a new password, yet it is restrictive.
