Former Oyo Governor, Ladoja Returns to PDP

– Appointed Nigeria Port Authority Chairman

If feelers coming from the political grapevine are anything to go by, the former governor
of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, may be on his way back to rejoin his hitherto party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Sharpedgenews.com learned from reliable sources that the former governor is likely going  to announce his return to the  party any moment.

According to the source, the leadership of the party had persuaded the former governor to jettison his Accord Party to strengthen the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for future elections in the Pacesetter State.

The source added that already the former governor has agreed to the “olive branch” extended to him by the national leadership of the party.

Sharpedgenews.com also learned that the former Oyo governor has been appointed the Chairman of the Nigeria Port Authority to compensate him and also welcome him back.

The former governor is believed to have allowed the Action Congress of Nigeria win the last year’s governorship election in Oyo State even though the Party debunked the story as true.
