The Ado-Ekiti Development Organisation (ADO) has eulogised Eyesorun Bosede Adejugbe, wife of the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adejugbe on her 60th birthday, describing her as a “a pride to the entire people of Ado-Ekiti.”
ADO said in a release issued by its President, Pastor Yemi Olayinka that the group holds the traditional institution of Ado-Ekiti, which the Ewi and Eyesorun represent in a very high esteem, adding that; “We
will continue to support the Eyesorun and revere her.”
The group said it was particularly happy that the Eyesorun had stood not only as a pillar for the Ewi but for the entire people of Ado-Ekiti.
“The attainment of this age by the Eyesorun is no doubt a confirmation of the grace the Almighty God has bestowed on her and it is our prayer that God in His infinite mercies will grant her many more years in good health.
“Eyesorun is a no doubt a pride to the entire people of Ado-Ekiti and we in the Ado-Ekiti Development Organisation will continue to revere and support her.
“Her righteousness has enabled her to garner the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, for Kabiyesi, the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adejugbe, Ado-Ekiti and its people, which make us rejoice today, January 13, 2012 as she clocks 60 years in dignifying Majestic Grace.
“We therefore wish to congratulate our mother and the pride of Ado people on the attainment of 60 years and pray that God in His infinite mercies will grant her many more years in good health,” ADO said.
