KUJE ELECTIONS: Free community world wide foundation decry attacks on APC agent by PDP

Free community world wide foundation, a non-governmental organisation, NGO, has decried attacks on the All Progressives Congress (APC) agents by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) supporters during the Saturday’s Chairmanship elections in Kuje Area Council.

ENGR. Monday Oloja, the Free community publicity secretary of the N.G.O. made the complain in a press statement issued in Abuja, to express his displeasure and dissatisfaction over the violent attacks and activities of the PDP.

The statement said, ENGR. Monday Oloja, Who lead the team of over five NGOs and others human rights activce to observe the KUJE election said there was no election but war in Kuje Elections.

According to him, an APC agent was butchered and left for death during the election because he noticed that PDP were counting disqualified voters sheets to their own advantage.

He revealed that their were pockets of violence at Gaube Primary school, Pegi Primary school, Sabo polling units, Anguwan Gade primary school and Kango polling units among others.

However, he further revealed that the incidents was also witnessed by the voters who were at the premises during the exercise.

He added that the APC agent was seriously wunded and is currently receiving treatment in the hospital, adding that INEC were not ready for KUJE POLL that INEC were also the major contributing factor and instigation of the violence recorded in KUJE election with the aid of security agency’s.

“Over 200 voters of APC and their agents including homes were attacked by the PDP hudlumes.

“In addition, BVAS machines failed in most polling units and majority of voters chance was difranchised.

“Pegi primary school polling unit turned out to be war. Shootings and scattering of voting materials by security agency’s by the aid of INEC officials.

“We are calling on INEC and the Federal Government to cancel KUJE election because it was a civil war and a treat to 2023 election.

“Note; KUJE POLL brought shame and reprosh to our democracy and can not be toloreted or accepted any more for peace and unity of the country,” he said.
