Comrade Akoshile Mukthar, Vice President (North-Central) of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), and President of the Abuja Resident Youth Association have congratulated Hon. Bitrus Lawrence Garki as Mandate Secretary, Area Council Services Secretariat.
