The Olugbesan Family of Oke-Agbeni, Ibadan has apologised to Prince Gbolagade Adeyemi, Chief Executive Officer, MICH Royal Company Nigeria Limited for accusing him wrongly over the sales of their family land situated at Olugbesan Village in Ido Local Government area of Oyo State.
The family in a letter of apology signed by Olatunbosun Olugbesan, Taofeek Olugbesan and Rukayat Olugbesan and addressed to Prince Gbolagade Adeyemi, Chief Executive Officer of
MICH Royal Company Nigeria Limited said that the family has carried out a discreet investigation and discovered that Prince Gbolagade Adeyemi through his company, MICH Royal never sold their family land illegally, but remitted money into the account of Alhaji Gbolarunmi.
“We are writing you on behalf of Olugbesan Family of Oke-Agbeni, Ibadan, Oyo State.
We decided as a family to write this letter of apology to you following the false accusation of selling our family land at Olugbesan village in Ido Local Government area of Oyo State, we levelled against you and your company.”
“After we have carefully perused all the evidences you submitted to the family regarding said land; we have discovered that you never sold our land illegally but remitted monies into the account of Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarunmi, who we also discovered solely converted the proceeds into personal use.”
“Kindly accept and acknowledge our sincere apologies for our wrong accusations against you and your company.”
“However, we are using this medium to urge you to take necessary legal action against Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarunmi in order to recover all the monies you paid into his account as he is not entitled to sell any part of our land because he doesn’t even belong to our family in the first place and does not have any legitimate right to do so.”
“We are also using this medium to call on members of the public and those who have purchased part/parts of our family land at Olugbesan village in Ido Local Government to contact the family on these numbers: 1. Mr Olatunbosun=08102344009 and Oloye Taofeek on 08058058156 within one week for verification and identification.”
“The family is using this medium to inform members of the public that anyone that deals with Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarunmi over our family land at Olugbesan village in Ido Local Government does so at his or her own risk.”
