Ondo Guber Race: PDP in Early Lead

The guber election in Ondo State may have finally lived up to its billing as the ultimate clash of the titans. The candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party

(PDP), All Progressives Congress (APC), and Alliance for Democracy (AD) successfully deployed money, subterfuge and serious political tactics.

Early results based on exit polls conducted by sharpedgenews.com indicate that the Peoples Democratic party, (PDP) may have won in Ose Local Government, Isua Akoko and Oke Agbe Akoko. The All Progressives Congress,(APC) took victory in Ikare Akoko, Oka Akoko and Owo.

In Akure North, the All Progressives Congress, (APC)took a slim lead. In Akure South, Ondo East and Ondo West Local Government, the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) is in the lead. Results are still being collated in Idanre and Ifedore Local Governments.

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has also secured victory in Ese – Odo Local Government. The Alliance for Democracy, (AD), as predicted by Sharpedgenews.com yesterday has made a very good showing in most riverine precincts.
