41 killed, 230 others Injured
Suicide bombers suspected to be ISIS launched a deadly attack on Turkey’s busiest airport, the Istanbul’s Ataturk airport late Tuesday,
leaving 41 people dead and several others injured.
The suicide bombers numbering about three arrived the airport in a taxi and launched a deadly siege at the terminal entrance of the airport. They blew themselves up after police fired back.
An eyewitness and survivor said: “I just recognized the gun shots and then heard this huge explosion, and I knew immediately it was a bomb, and I just bolted as fast as I can”
At least 13 of those killed are foreigners.
