His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has appointed Mr Bitrus Lawrence Garki, as the Secretary, Area Council Service in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
The appointment was contained in a press statement issued to newsmen in Abuja on Wednesday and signed by Comr. Bright Jephthah I. Buya Buya.
The statement said Lawrence is a native of the Federal Capital Territory from Abuja Municipal Area Council.
According to the statement, his participation and contributions to see that FCT indigents are given the equal rights to participate in Tinubu’s government cannot be ignored.
Mr Bitrus Lawrence Garki has continued to work tirelessly with his team through thick and thin during and after the election for the success of Mr President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed tinubu.
“We the Fct Coalition for Tinubu/Shettima express our gratitude to Mr President for this appointment and we congratulate Mr Bitrus L. Garki for a well deserved appointment. We wish you all the wisdom required from God to help you succeed and transform the FCT,” the statement said.
