The Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja has dismissed LP/Obi’s petition regarding the 25 per cent votes needed to win the presidential election in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to the Tribunal, FCT residents have no special privileges as the petitioners claimed.
The Tribunal equally stated that Abuja is like any other states in the federation.
