WAEC Seeks Collaboration with NIPOST on Documents Delivery

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has solicited the support of the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) to use it’s locked up vans in deliverying sensitive documents to it’s different destinations across the country.

 

The disclosure was made known when the Head of National Office of WAEC, Mr. Patrick Areghan, paid a courtesy visit to the Post Master General (PMG), Dr Ismail Adewusi Adebayo, at the Headquarters of NIPOST in Abuja at the week end.

Acording to Areghan, the purpose of the visit is to collaborate with NIPOST in the area of logistics such as using NIPOST locked up vans to deliver WAEC documents.

Aregan, also talked on collaborating with NIPOST for the delivery of certificates, so that those who have written any WAEC exam in the past and have not collected their certificates can easily apply for their c

ertificate and get it with ease wherever they are residing with the aid of NIPOST delivery services.

He particularly made emphasis on collaborating with NIPOST in Cross River State where their office was recently burnt by hoodlums protesting during #endSARS protest in Calabar.
