Women Group endorses Ododo for Kogi Governor

The Kogi State Professional Women for Ododo/Joel 2023 project has unanimously endorsed the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, in the November 11th governorship election.

The convener of the group, Chief Mrs Raliat Anako Abdulsalam disclosed this during a consolidated visit to his excellency, the governor of kogi, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello (CON) to pledge t groups support for Ododo/Oyibo project come 11th November, 2023.

She said the intention of the visit was to pledge the group’s support and endorse Ododo/Oyibo project to come out victorious come 11/11/2023 as well as reveal their efforts on the the grassroot mobilisation so far and other positive strategies they intended putting into actions to enable smooth winnings at the polls.

According to her, the meeting was graced by some APC dignitaries of kogi states; Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, (the incoming governor of Kogi state), Sen. Sadiku Ohere, (the senator of Kogi Central senatorial District).

Others are; Hon. Ozigi Muhammed Tijani (Member House of representatives, Okene/Ogori- Magongo, Federal Constituency), Hon. Aguye Suleiman Danladi (Member House of Representatives, Lokoja/Koton Karfi constituency and others.

While Reeling out some of the achievements of Governor Bello’s administration, she commended that the governor has performed excellently well in the areas of security, infrastructural development, health, education and human resources development.

However, she affirmed that the Kogi state professional women for Ododo/Joel 2023 has promised to do more positively in the grassroot for the project to record victory come 11/11/2023.
