Following the recall and reinstatement of the suspended Executive Secretary (ES)
of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Prof. Usman Yusuf, in the week by President Muhamnadu Buhari, some aggrieved employees of the scheme under the umbrella of the Association of Civil Servants of Nigeria and the Joint Health Sector Union on Thursday have crippled the operations and activities of the health insurance facilitator at its Head office in Utako district of Abuja.
Sharpedgenewss Online, Checks was greeted with confusion which rents the air with disenchanted unionists and workers protesting the Reinstatement of the ES, by the president.
According to them, the recall of Yusuf, will no doubt obstruct the investigation being carried out by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Mr. Razaq Omomeji, the Chairman if the NHIS arm of the union the protest will go on until President reversed the recall.
