
The Allah Mako Foundation Group, under the leadership of the General Coordinator and Chairmanship aspirant Oto Awori LCDA in Lagos State, Hon. Abdullahi Kayode Allah’Mako, has launched its maiden Ramadan Public Lecture, as part of his ongoing efforts to contribute to the advancement of Islam.
The inaugural edition of the Ramadan Public Lecture is scheduled to take place by 11am on March 20, 2025, at Number 271 Ojo Igbede Road, beside Total Filling Station Ajangbadi.
The guest lecturer for the event is Fadilatul Imam Muhammad Taofeeq Arogundade, the Grand Chief Imam of Oto Awori Kingdom, Oto Awori Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Lagos.
According to a press statement released on Wednesday by the Director of Media, Oyeniyi Esan, the Ramadan Public Lecture is one of several initiatives designed to immortalize the legacy of the late Alhaji Ishau Abiola Allah’Mako, the father of Hon. Abdullahi Kayode Allah’Mako.
The statement highlighted that the lecture aims to honor Alhaji Allah’Mako’s significant contributions to religion and humanity.
It further noted, “The public lecture seeks to teach core Islamic principles in line with religious and educational purposes.”
“The event will be graced by several dignitaries, including His Royal Majesty Oba Nofiu Odu Owó Iya, the Elete of Ete Kingdom, who will serve as the Royal Father of the Day, Chief Imam Alhaji Mahmud Junaid, the Chief Imam of Ilemba Hausa Land who will act as the Spiritual Father of the Day and Hon Olabode Makinde as the Chairman of the event.
He also noted that, “The launch of the maiden Ramadan Public Lecture by the Allah Mako Foundation marks a significant step in honoring the enduring legacy of the late Alhaji Allah’Mako while fostering the growth of Islamic knowledge and values within the community.
“Under the leadership of Hon. Kayode Abdullahi Allah’Mako, this initiative reflects a commitment to education, spirituality, and unity, aligning with the Foundation’s broader mission to contribute meaningfully to society”.
“While anticipating the attendance of invited distinguished guests from the religious, traditional, political and economic classes of Oto Awori LCDA, the event promises to be a memorable occasion that inspires and uplifts the Oto Awori LCDA community”.
