Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore Supports Gov. Sule’s Choice of Successor

Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, a Fulani socio-cultural association in Nasarawa State, has affirmed its support for Governor Abdullahi Sule’s choice of Sen. Ahmed Wadada (APC/Nasarawa West) as his preferred successor.

The group made its position known during a stakeholders’ meeting held in Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State on Sunday.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the meeting, held in honour of Sen. Ahmed Wadada, was attended by several key members of the association’s leadership across the state.

.Mallam Akajo Abubakar-Jyaro, Chairman of the association in Nasarawa State, in his speech, appreciated Governor Sule for the “remarkable” gesture of anointing Sen. Wadada as his choice of successor, despite several other gubernatorial aspirants vying to succeed him.He said Governor Sule’s decision is not just a recognition of Sen.

Wadada’s capacity but also a testament to the trust reposed in him by the people of Nasarawa State.“Sen. Wadada has consistently demonstrated commitment to service, humility in leadership, and a deep sense of responsibility to his people.

“This gathering is therefore a reflection of our appreciation and our firm confidence in his ability to deliver,” he said.He noted that the association stands united in its support and will continue to mobilise, advocate, and work tirelessly to ensure the governor’s decision translates into victory at the primaries and the general election in 2027.

“I urge all members to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and focused as we move forward. Together, we can achieve our collective aspirations for a better and more prosperous Nasarawa State,” he added.

In an interview, Alhaji Habibu Danladi, one of the association’s stakeholders, praised Governor Sule’s wisdom in picking Senator Ahmed Wadada as his preferred successor and assured him that Wadada would deliver more dividends of democracy if elected in 2027.
