The crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) took a new turn on Monday as High Court sitting in Benue state granted an interim order restraining Iyorchia Ayu from parading himself as the national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The presiding judge, W.I Kpochi, gave the order on Monday, while ruling on a motion ex parte marked MHC/633/2023, and filed by Conrad Terhide Utaan. It would be recalled that the Party has been embroiled in leadership crisis before the 2023 elections.
