The commander of the Air Force of Zimbabwe, Air Marshal Elson Moyo, has expressed his country’s desire to explore technical assistance from the Nigerian Air Force. Mr Moyo made the request when he visited the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amao, at NAF headquarters in Abuja. Mr Christopher Maikalangu, Chairman, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) on Tuesday distributed agro-chemical products, farm inputs, among others, to 120 farmers selected from the 12 wards in area council. China on Tuesday said that it had released a list of the top 10 archaeological findings of 2022 . It said that a site dating back to the Paleolithic period, which included ruins of ancient humans, animals and stoneware excavated in central China’s Hubei Province, was on the list. Security guard arraigned for alleged stealing of tricycle

A 28-year-old security guard, Gabriel Moses, was on Tuesday arraigned before an Ikorodu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State, for allegedly conspiring with others to steal a tricycle worth N870,000. Moses, whose address is unknown, is facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, stealing and negligence of duty. The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges. A 25-year old scavenger, Joshua Lucky, was on Tuesday sentenced to six months imprisonment for stealing iron window protectors. Lucky was prosecuted on a two-count charge of stealing and breaking into living house. The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Olufemi Omilana, told the court that Lucky committed the offence at about 8.3 a.m. on March 17.
