The event which took place at the National Art Culture and Social development Area 10, Abuja, under the chairmanship of Prof. Armstrong Aduku Idachaba. The event was well graced by members of the Alumni, accompanied by their love ones to celebrate the loadable event. Speaking with news men at the occasion, was the host. The Organised Labour says there is no going back on its planned nationwide strike to protest the removal of fuel subsidy. The proposed strike is scheduled to begin on Wednesday. Earlier on Monday, the Presidential Steering Committee on Palliatives resumed talks on how best to cushion the effects of the removal of fuel subsidy on Nigerians.. The Committee comprising the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) and government representatives met at the presidential villa.
