Tribunal Adjourns Peter Obi’s Petition To Wednesday

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the pre-hearing session of Peter Obi and his party, Labour Party, against the President-elect Bola Tinubu and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Justice Haruna Tsammani, the tribunal chairman, announced the adjournment of the pre-hearing session till Wednesday urging all parties to file necessary applications and clarify issues before next hearing.
