The Organised Labour says there is no going back on its planned nationwide strike to protest the removal of fuel subsidy. The proposed strike is scheduled to begin on Wednesday. Earlier on Monday, the Presidential Steering Committee on Palliatives resumed talks on how best to cushion the effects of the removal of fuel subsidy on Nigerians.. The Committee comprising the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) and government representatives met at the presidential villa.
