Accord Party Faults Sanwo-Olu’s Revocation Order On Building Approvals, Permits

The Lagos State chapter of the Accord Party on Wednesday described Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s revocation order on building approvals and permits as ill-advised.The Lagos State Chairman of the party, Dele Oladeji, said that the revocation order was an arbitrary authoritarian veto, which should have been approached in a better way. Security agencies in Oyo State on Tuesday embarked on a joint show of force in Ibadan metropolis, ahead of the planned nationwide protest. Police arrests wife for gruesome murder of husband in FCT

The operatives of the FCT police command, Monday arrested one Rahimat Salaum in connection to the killing of her husband. Salaum was arrested at Pegi at about 6pm on Monday July 29, 2024.
