The Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), has solicited the support of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) to create awareness among the public about its community relations activities. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare says it will scale-up access to Hormonal Intrauterine Device (HIUD), a reversible contraceptive device to promote expanded contraceptive method of family planning. The news of the monarch’s demise filtered in on Thursday with residents of the state capital describing his death as a great loss to the kingdom. Justice Rahman Oshodi, in his judgement, held that the prosecution proved the charge of defilement against the convict beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge handed down the verdict after finding Mr Mba guilty of the offence of defilement of a minor. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has unveiled new strategies and measures to address increased, constant abuse of drugs and illicit trafficking in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Four Killed In Lone Accident On Sagamu-Benin Expressway

At least four persons were confirmed dead on Friday in a lone accident involving a Toyota Camry car at Area J3 on the Sagamu-Benin expressway. Florence Okpe, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) spokesperson in Ogun, confirmed the incident to journalists in Abeokuta.
