INEC Promotes 1,731 Officers

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has approved the promotion of 1,73 officers who excelled in the 2024 promotion examinations. This was announced in a statement on Tuesday. A detailed breakdown of the promotions list showed that 59 deputy directors were elevated to the rank of directors, 168 assistant directors to the rank of deputy directors. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the winner of the 2024 Ondo State governorship election.
