Yemi-Esan Urges MDAs to Prioritise Welfare of Civil Servants

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, has urged top echelon of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), to rise up to their responsibilities by according priority to the welfare of civil servants. She gave the charge while addressing members of the Inter-Ministerial Implementation Committee of the Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) programme in Abuja at the weekend.
