In a statement on Sunday, CAC management said it was working to address identity verification and payment difficulties affecting smooth portal operations. Launched on June 30, the AI system issues registration certificates within 30 minutes, once a director’s National Identification Number (NIN) is confirmed. The new workflow allows users to test multiple business names without paying upfront, reducing start-up costs and eliminating repeated name search fees. The Network Against Corruption and Trafficking (NACAT) in partnership with Handle Pro Bono Links and Empowerment Foundation (HPBLEF) on Thursday, initiated campaign against drug abuse and human trafficking in FCT communities. The groups led by their officials mobilised a grassroots sensitisation campaign to address the menace across key communities in the Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). An Aviation expert, Mr Tai Ejibunu, says the Federal Government's newly introduced helicopter landing levy will develop aviation infrastructure, aiding air navigation purposes and operations.
