PCC Empowers Staff on Digital Records Management, Archiving, Cloud-Based Solutions
In line with its ongoing reform agenda and digital transformation efforts, the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) has successfully concluded a two-day intensive training on Advanced Registry and Records Management, aimed at building the capacity of its staff across departments.
The training workshop which was organized at the PCC Headquarters, Maitama , Abuja between 10th 10th July - 11th July , 2025, brought together professional resource persons and selected members of staff of the Commission for interactive sessions centered on electronic record keeping, modern filing systems, archival practices, and the application of cloud-based registry technologies.
